Returns Policy

It is our goal to provide 100% customer satisfaction. We accept any returns within our company return policy. All returns or exchanges must receive an authorized pre-approval within 30 days of delivery receipt. All items to be returned must be complete, uninstalled, in original and undamaged packaging to receive credit. Installed or unsealed electrical items or special order parts are not refundable. Some returned items are charged a 20% restocking fee by the manufacturer or supplier. Remanufactured parts may include a core charge that is refundable from the manufacturer. To receive core credit the item must be complete, undamaged, drained of fluids and return shipped within 90 days along with copy of invoice or Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) at customer’s expense. NOTE: Parts under $15 CANNOT be returned.

To request an RMA number follow the directions below:

  • please click the RMA button below and fill out our Returns form, or call 1-512-406-7570 within 30 days of delivery date. If your return is approved, then an RMA number and return address will be emailed to the purchaser.

  • Once you receive your RMA number, place the number on the outside of the package that is being returned.
  • Returns will be inspected for verification of an item’s acceptable return condition. Refunds will be issued within 15 days of return receipt and applied to the credit account or card used to purchase the item.
