Shipping Policy

Delivery dates shown on the website are estimates, please contact us to verify availability and expedited shipping options if desired. Orders must have a valid home or commercial address and orders with a different bill to/ship to addresses will require additional shipping validation. We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time. Purchaser is responsible for all shipping or freight charges on orders to and from unless there is an error on our part. Shipping charges are based off of dimensional weight provided by the manufacturer.

Oversized and/or heavy weight items may require additional freight charges. Oversized items are defined as large, overweight items such as wheels, and engines.

Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico may require additional shipping charges and 5 to 10 business days for standard delivery. Orders or portions of orders can be cancelled up until the time of shipment. Items not canceled in time of shipment will require the standard return process be followed and may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Mazda Stuff is not responsible for any packages lost or stolen. Please call 1-512-406-7570 if a package is lost in transit and we will file a claim with the parcel carrier responsible for the delivery. Refunds will not be issued until claim has been resolved.
